You can buy "Art of Metamorphosis" item for ingame currency "Rift Crystals at the Rift Shop in Vernworth. They are very easy to get, just rent out your pawn or loot around.

You can buy this with real world money if you want too, but you're wasting your real money for no reason.

All other store items are stupid easy to get ingame except for a Portcrystal that you can get later in the game... that if you buy you won't use because you don't have Ferrystones.
