前列腺肥大是雄激素问题，治疗要么用本坛神药非那雄胺/度他雄胺阻断DHT，要么干脆整个阉掉

我是阉掉的，效果还行：

一般人建议还是走抑制芳香酶防止睾酮转化过多雌激素路线。
不过这路线我没找到什么神药，
